DVMS Planning Workshop

Purpose:

This workshop introduces key stakeholders to the concept of building a continuous audit readiness system that embeds compliance into operations and delivers evidence-driven assurance of performance, resilience, and accountability across fragmented digital ecosystems.

Key Outcomes:

  • Define the organization’s strategy-risk context, mission objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop a current and target Organizational Profile (as defined by the NIST CSF) to assess gaps and priorities.
  • Establish governance structures for policy, accountability, and cultural alignment that set the foundation for DVMS adoption.
  • Create a DVMS roadmap to support continual improvement and prepare for the assessment and design phase.

DVMS Practitioner Workshop

Purpose:

This workshop teaches practitioners how to assess, design, deploy, operationalize, and continually innovate a DVMS program. The workshop moves the organization from planning to building a continuous audit readiness system that embeds compliance into operations and delivers evidence-driven assurance of performance, resilience, and accountability across fragmented digital ecosystems.

Key Outcomes:

  • Conduct a DVMS capability assessment and map existing frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, COSO) into the MVC Model.
  • Use NIST CSF Profiles and Tiers to determine the organization’s current and target states.
  • Design and document workflows, roles, and cultural reinforcements that embed assurance and accountability across the enterprise.
  • Implement the DVMS FastTrack™ phased approach (Initiate → Basic Hygiene → Expand → Innovate) to deliver incremental and adaptive improvements.

DVMS Practitioner Innovation Workshop

Purpose:

The Innovation Workshop teaches practitioners how to use the DVMS Innovate capability to embed continual improvement and creative problem-solving into governance and assurance operations. This workshop positions innovation as a continuous capability within the DVMS, linking cultural curiosity, systemic learning, and digital value optimization into a cycle of ongoing improvement and resilience.

Key Outcomes:

  • Apply innovation as a governance and assurance function, connecting strategic foresight with adaptive design.
  • Explore incremental, sustaining, adaptive, and disruptive innovation as levers for cultural and structural change.
  • Use QO–QM (Question–Outcome–Question Metric) techniques to measure cultural, operational, and resilience outcomes.
  • Foster a learning organization that integrates innovation, assurance, and accountability into its operating DNA.
